These terms cover this website and the member services on it. Plain words on purpose, so you know what you are agreeing to.

1. Using this site

2. Your account

Your sign-in belongs to you. Keep your password and any codes private, and tell us right away through the help desk if you believe someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account to protect the member or the service.

3. Memberships and benefits

Benefits, coupons, e-gifts and partner services shown in a membership are provided as described at the time you use them and can change as partner programs change. Sample and demonstration content is labeled where it appears. Benefits have no cash value unless a specific benefit says otherwise where it is offered.

4. Content and ownership

The pages, designs, software and content on this site belong to the site operator or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or republish them without written permission. Content you submit, such as a question or a profile photo, stays yours; you give us permission to store and show it as needed to run the service for you.

5. What we are not responsible for

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of independent partner businesses whose offers appear on the platform.

6. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice. They are part of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date below changes when the terms change, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
